How to Straighten your Curly Hair

Many of us have curly hair and always dream of having them straight as straight hair are easy to manage and good looking. We can turn our curly hair into straight one, but for that we would have to spend a lot of money at the same time our hair can get damaged too. If you use the right styling tools and follow the underwritten steps you’ll be able to get smooth and straight hair for sure.

Steps to straighten your curly hair

1)      Wash your hair like before but don’t forget to use a good conditioner soon after the wash. With a wide toothcomb spread out the conditioner all over your hair. Gently wash out the conditioner.

2)      Dry your hair with a clean towel, comb your hair again and then wring it out by moving your head up and down.

3)      Then wrap your hair once more with a towel and let them rest inside it for nearly 15 min. avoid the use of hair driers as after blow drying them they will frizz less.

4)      As soon as your hair gets dry, smooth is a little amount of anti-frizz serum. If you have long hair then you’ll need a little more. Start up at the nape of your neck and smooth the hair down

The left over serum should be applied on the roots and top of your scalp but don’t add too much on the roots and scalp as it will makes your hair look greasy.

5)      Start blow drying your hair with the help of a round brush. Divide your hair into small sections and blow-dry them, starting from the ends to the top until they completely get dried. If your hair is too curly then you should use a flat iron on them after blow-drying.

6)      After this, spray a light mist of heat protecting spray all over your hair. Again divide your hair into small sections and carefully use flat iron one by one on them. Using a thick cloth under your hair will help you in having a better grip and will make it easier for you to apply pressure on the curly hair. As soon as you are done with the flat iron, apply another little amount of fizz serum but not as much as you used before. Comb your hair for a perfect finishing. If you apple these steps accurately you’ll surely be able to enjoy your smooth and straight beautiful hair.
